Wilby Limited and Chadwick Lawrence LLP would like to invite you to join us for a free seminar at Chadwick Lawrence’s office in Wakefield. This seminar is designed to remind all directors and senior managers of their legal responsibilities and to make them aware of the extent of their potential exposure to liability. It will help them to be prepared so they can take considered risks and will also look at alternative reward structures for employees.
In addition to providing delegates with an excellent opportunity to network with each other the seminar will include a review of current approaches to Risk Management, Corporate Manslaughter and how to protect your business. We will give guidance on Directors & Officers Liability & Protection, information on tax effective employee benefits/incentives and remuneration packages for managers and employees.
The presentations will be given by experts from Chartis Insurance, Wilby Risk Management and Chadwick Lawrence Corporate and Employment Law Department.
The seminar will take place on Wednesday 30th June commencing with registration and initial networking at 4:00pm and the seminar presentation at 4:30pm. It will last for no more than 1 hour 20 minutes following which light refreshments will be served and there will be a further opportunity to network.
There will also be an opportunity to meet representatives from Chadwick Lawrence and Wilby Insurance & Risk Management.
