Wilby Ltd Risk Management has long been aware of the needs of some companies to outsource their human resources and employment law function and has provided assistance to a number of clients over recent years in this area of business.
In order to assist more of our existing clients and new clients in meeting legal compliance requirements, keeping them abreast of changing legislation and avoiding costly compensation claims, Wilby Ltd is to launch a range of employment law services.
The services will include
- an advice helpline
- face to face consultation
- reviews and audits of existing policies and procedures
- provision of bespoke contracts of employment, and
- assistance with human resource issues such as discipline and grievance cases
We have identified strategic partners who are able to provide a competent, professional and tailored approach to clients’ needs to work with us in the provision of these services. We intend for the services to be flexible and designed to meet the client’s particular needs and budget.
