We specialise in delivering courses which include the practical use of portable fire extinguishers. Using state of the art, environmentally friendly fire training simulators, your fire wardens can experience first hand the use of portable CO2, water and foam extinguishers in tackling a controlled fire.
Legal requirements for training:
The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 place both general and specific duties on clients to provide staff with fire safety training.
The Regulatory Fire Safety Order 2005, implemented in October 2006 requires that staff are trained, and that where relevant this will include the means for fighting fire.
