Who are the speakers?

Mark Dalton has been a risk management professional for ten years after several years in construction and manufacturing. He has a practical approach to business risks having experienced the pressures of being a busy manager and having seen the commercial benefits of investing time into controlling these risks.
Rob Coates formed Willerby Hill in 2005 after leaving a large UK Bank and has since grown the company to operating across the UK and Middle East. Rob’s forte is integrating HR in to organisations so it has a meaningful impact on the business.
John Gilleard is a partner in Dutton Moore,  one of East Yorkshire’s largest independent firm’s of chartered accountants, specialising in advising owner / managers in the SME sector
Andrew McBirnie is a solicitor and Head of Employment Law at QualitySolicitors Lockings. Andrew has significant experience advising employers in a wide range of industries on employee issues from recruitment through to representation at Employment Tribunals and in the Courts.
